ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Marta….
I am qualified as a pro pet stylist in The Open College Network (OCN) Level 3 Diploma. I graduated from GroomArts academy in London Colney where I learned how to LOVE everything about my job….
I decided to use my enthusiasm and passion to take the next step in my adventure and open my own Mobile Grooming Salon- “Groom on the Moon”.
Here at Groom on the Moon my mission is to deliver happy and healthy dogs.
I am a dedicated and compassionate person who believes that each and every single pet deserves to feel love to the moon and the back.

What I can do for your Pet
As a knowledgeable Dog Groomer I offer a full-range of services designed to give your pet the best care possible. Depending on their needs, I can tailor my service list to make sure they get all the attention they deserve.
The following prices are an estimate* and assumes that your pet is:
Healthy
Free from parasites
In good condition and free from matting
Happy to be groomed
*Extra charges may be applied in cases where your pet is matted, aggressive, requires more time or is carrying parasites (from £20 extra charge)
*Payment has to be made before the service
BATH & BRUSH
2 Hydrobath shampoo washes and conditioning treatment specific to coat & skin type.
Blow / Fluff dry and brush out
Deodorising dog perfume / cologne.
BATH, BRUSH & MAINTENANCE TRIM
Pre-groom style consultation and health check.
2 Hydrobath shampoo washes and conditioning treatment specific to coat & skin type.
Blow / Fluff dry and brush out removing dead hair and knots.
Light Face / Hygiene trim (Where necessary).
Pads & paws trim.
Deodorising dog perfume / cologne.
De-Shedding removes your dog’s undercoat that is trapped under their top layer of hair. We highly recommend this service to all double coated dog breeds.
FULL GROOM ON THE MOON
Full Groom includes:
Pre-groom style consultation and health check.
2 Hydrobath shampoo washes and conditioning treatment specific to coat & skin type.
Blow / Fluff dry and brush out removing dead hair and knots.
Full body styling clipped or styled to owner’s request.
Hygiene trim.
Nails clipped.
Pads & paws trim.
Eyes & ears cleanse (plucking only if needed).
Deodorising dog perfume / cologne.
PUPPY INTRODUCTION
This is a gentle introduction to grooming for puppies from 8 weeks to 6 months of age. Puppy grooms are different to the regular grooms – I do not cut and style puppies until their fur is fully grown. This is a chance for your puppy to be familiarised with the grooming environment and equipment. Lots of cuddles and kisses included!
Your puppy will be given as much time as needed to allow him or her to settle.
Puppy Introduction includes:
A warm bath
Gentle towel dry
Brush
Nail clipping is also included with all of our puppy packages, because this procedure can often be a cause for anxiety in dogs.

HAND STRIPPING
Hand stripping is a unique way to remove excess hair, or undercoat, from their dog's coat, instead of the common grooming which is clipping or cutting the top layer of the hair on a dog's coat. Hand stripping on the other hand, if done regularly, will maintain the wire coat strong and shiny

Marta did such a wonderful job grooming my dog - turning her coat from a mop to a smart cut in exactly the style I’d asked for. Marta was gentle and caring and calmed my dog’s nerves - and she’s good with people too. It’s the best cut my dog has ever had, She looks very smart after a thorough and professional hand groom (not just clippers). I’ll definitely use Groom to the Moon again.
